Do you accept files from anywhere in the world?
Yes — we work with artists from over 30 countries. You upload your stems via our private link, we deliver via secure download. No location, no timezone, no problem.
What formats do you accept for stems?
We accept WAV and AIFF only — minimum 44.1kHz / 24-bit. No MP3, no FLAC. Lossy or low-bit-depth files compromise the mix at a fundamental level and will be rejected. Stems should be exported from bar one so everything aligns on the timeline. Not sure how to export? Contact us before uploading.
How do international payments work?
We accept Wise (preferred — low fees, any currency), PayPal (card or balance, no account needed), and Bank Transfer (for larger projects or established clients). Prices are listed in PHP — your payment app handles conversion automatically. If you need an invoice in USD, EUR, CHF, SGD, CNY, JPY, KRW, or any other currency — just ask.
What does "unlimited revisions" actually mean?
It means exactly that. For the Mix & Master Pro package, we revise until you are 100% satisfied — no extra charges, no passive-aggressive limit. Live Zoom sessions are available for back-and-forth feedback.
Do you offer album deals or bundle discounts?
