Our Story

From a bedroom studio in Iloilo to a full-service creative operation.

POMM started in 2018 with a simple belief: Filipino artists deserved better. Better production, better marketing, and better representation — without having to give up their rights or their identity.

We built our studio from scratch. We learned distribution, marketing, and video production by doing it — for real artists, on real releases, with real stakes. Every lesson learned is baked into the services we offer today.

Eight years later, we've worked with artists, brands, educators, and creators across the Philippines and beyond. We're still independent. We still believe the best music is made by humans, for humans.

POMM is led by Ramon F. Tenorio Jr. (RAM) — a producer and audio engineer with three decades of major-label experience across Europe, the US, Russia, and China, including nearly 30 years based in Germany.

2018

Founded in Iloilo City

POMM begins as a small music production collective. First clients are local Ilonggo artists looking for professional production without Manila prices.

2019–20

Studio Expansion & Video Production

We build out our production setup and begin working with more artists and clients — on their terms, without asking them to compromise their craft, their rights, or their identity. Video production capabilities added after client demand grows.

2021

Digital Marketing Division Launched

Recognizing that great music alone isn't enough, we build a dedicated marketing team focused on streaming growth and social media strategy.

2022–23

Growing & Expanding

POMM grows its reach across music, video, marketing, and education. We codify our three-service model and introduce the Signature Packages to make working with us more accessible.

2024–Now

Human-authored. Fully owned. Provably yours.

As licensed AI models arrive across the industry, we sharpen the position: the music is authored by people — which is what keeps it copyrightable and licensable — while everything around it runs on AI.
