General

POMM is an independent record label and creative studio based in Iloilo City, Philippines. We offer music production, mixing & mastering, video production, digital marketing, web design, and artist management services to musicians and brands locally and globally. Our philosophy: Human-Crafted Music. AI-Powered Growth.

We are based in Iloilo City, Philippines. While our studio is physical, most of our services — especially mixing, mastering, and digital marketing — are delivered fully online. We work with artists and clients from the Philippines, Southeast Asia, Europe, the US, and beyond.

Yes, absolutely. A significant portion of our work is with clients outside the Philippines. We communicate via email, WhatsApp, and video call, and deliver all files digitally. International payments are accepted via PayPal, Wise, and bank transfer.

We are genre-fluent. Our team has experience across R&B, Pop, Hip-Hop, Afrobeats, EDM/Electronic, OPM, Jazz, Gospel, Worship, and more. If you have a reference track and a vision, we can work with it.

The easiest way is to fill out our contact form or email us directly at info@pomm.ph. Tell us what you need, your timeline, and any reference materials. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with a proposal or next steps.

Music Production

Depending on the package, music production can include beat/track creation, arrangement, recording guidance, session musician coordination, mixing, and mastering. We handle everything from an initial idea to a release-ready master. See our Packages page for full details.

Yes. We produce original beats and full instrumentals tailored to your sound. Share reference tracks, a mood board, or a description of what you're going for, and we'll build from there. All beats produced for your project are exclusively yours upon full payment.

Production timelines vary by scope. A full production (beat + mix + master) typically takes 7–14 business days. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee. Timelines are confirmed in your project proposal before work begins.

Yes. You can submit your own recorded vocals, stems, or any existing recordings. We recommend recording in the cleanest environment possible. We'll advise on the best format and quality before you send anything over.

Standard delivery is 24-bit WAV (mastered stereo file) + MP3 at 320kbps. Stem files, alternate mixes, or specific format requests can be accommodated — just let us know upfront.

Mixing & Mastering

Mixing is the process of balancing and blending all individual tracks (vocals, instruments, drums) into a cohesive stereo track — adjusting levels, panning, EQ, compression, and effects.

Mastering is the final step: optimising the mixed track for loudness, tonal balance, and compatibility across all playback systems (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, vinyl, etc.). It's the bridge between your mix and the final release.

After booking, we'll send you upload instructions. For mixing, send individual stems/tracks (WAV or AIFF, 24-bit or higher, at the original session sample rate). For mastering, send your final stereo mix (WAV, 24-bit, no limiting on the master bus). Include any reference tracks and notes about the sound you're going for.

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds (typically 2 rounds for mixing, 1 round for mastering). Additional revisions beyond what's included are available at a flat per-round fee. Revision allowances are specified in your service agreement.

Stem mastering is a hybrid approach between full mixing and standard mastering. Instead of a single stereo mix, you submit grouped stems (e.g., drums, bass, synths, vocals) — typically 4–8 stems. This allows the mastering engineer greater control over tonal balance and dynamics, resulting in a more polished master without a full re-mix.

  • Mixing: 3–5 business days per track
  • Mastering: 1–2 business days per track
  • Mix & Master bundle: 4–6 business days

Rush delivery (within 24–48 hours) is available for an additional fee, subject to schedule availability.

Yes. We master to current streaming loudness standards (typically −14 LUFS integrated for Spotify, −16 LUFS for Apple Music). We can provide platform-specific masters on request. Your master will be competitive in loudness without sacrificing dynamics.

Video & Photo

We produce music videos, lyric videos, live performance shoots, EPK (electronic press kit) videos, behind-the-scenes content, brand films, and social media video content. For photography, we cover artist portraits, album/EP artwork shoots, event coverage, and brand photography.

We shoot on cinema-grade cameras and use professional lighting rigs to achieve the cinematic look we're known for. Equipment specifics vary by project — contact us and we'll outline the setup planned for your shoot.

Yes. We travel for shoots within the Philippines, with travel costs factored into the project quote. For international productions, reach out with your location and concept — we'll assess feasibility and costs on a project basis.

Post-production includes color grading, editing, motion graphics, and sound design (where applicable). Deliverables are typically provided in 4K or 1080p MP4, optimised for YouTube, Instagram, and streaming platforms. Specific deliverable formats are agreed upfront.

From concept to final delivery, a typical music video takes 3–6 weeks depending on complexity, location, and revision rounds. Timeline is broken into pre-production (concept, location scouting, planning), shoot day(s), and post-production. A detailed schedule is included in your project proposal.

Digital Marketing

We manage campaigns and content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, and LinkedIn. We also handle streaming playlist pitching, music blog outreach, and email marketing for artist announcements and releases.

Yes. We plan and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok ad campaigns for music releases, brand awareness, and audience growth. Ad spend budget is separate from our management fee and handled transparently — you approve budgets before any spend goes out.

Retainer clients receive a monthly performance report covering key metrics: streams, followers, engagement rate, reach, ad performance, and playlist placements. We use this data to continuously refine the strategy.

Yes. We offer standalone release campaigns for single tracks, EPs, and albums. A release campaign typically covers pre-release content strategy, Spotify/Apple Music pitching, social media rollout, playlist outreach, and post-release analytics. See our Release Ready package for details.

We use AI tools strategically — for research, ideation, content scheduling, and optimisation — to move faster and at scale. However, all creative output (copy, visuals, strategy) is reviewed, refined, and approved by our human team before publishing. We never publish generic, unreviewed AI content under your name.

Web Design

We build cinematic, fast-loading artist and brand websites — EPK sites, full artist portfolios, label sites, and business websites. Our sites are built with clean HTML/CSS/JS for maximum performance and SEO, without the bloat of page builders.

Yes. Monthly maintenance retainers cover content updates, performance monitoring, security checks, and minor design tweaks. Ask about our maintenance packages when you enquire about a web project.

Yes. We can integrate a simple CMS (Content Management System) so you can update text, images, and blog posts without touching code. Alternatively, for static sites, we provide straightforward documentation so you (or your team) can make basic edits.

POMM Records

We accept artist submissions via our contact form. Include your artist name, genre, links to your music (SoundCloud, Spotify, YouTube), a short bio, and what you're looking for from a label partnership. Our A&R team reviews all submissions and reaches out to artists who are a strong fit.

We offer artist-friendly deals focused on development and growth — not locking artists into overly restrictive contracts. Deals are tailored per artist and can include production support, distribution, marketing, and management services. We believe in transparency and will walk you through every term before signing anything.

Artist ownership and rights arrangements vary by deal structure and are negotiated individually. We are committed to fair, clear agreements. If you have questions about how rights would work in your specific situation, we encourage you to consult an entertainment lawyer before signing — and we support that.

Pricing & Payment

Our pricing is project-based. Published prices on the website are starting rates. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal after we understand the scope of your project. Complex projects, rush deliveries, or additional services are quoted separately.

  • PayPal — international payments and credit cards accepted
  • Wise — low-fee international bank transfer
  • Bank Transfer — local and international wire
  • GCash / Maya / QR Ph — available on request for domestic transactions

Full payment (100%) is required in advance before any work begins. This applies to all services unless a different arrangement is explicitly agreed in writing. Once payment is confirmed, your project slot is secured and production starts.

Payments are non-refundable once production has commenced. If POMM is unable to deliver the agreed service, a refund proportional to the work not yet completed will be issued. For full details, see our Terms of Use.

Yes, published prices are in Philippine Peso (₱). Our website includes a currency converter (USD, EUR, CHF, SGD, CNY, JPY, KRW) for reference. All invoices are issued in PHP unless otherwise agreed. For international clients paying in a different currency, the exchange rate at the time of payment applies.

Working With Us

Primary communication is via email. For ongoing projects, we use WhatsApp or a shared project channel for quicker updates. Video calls can be scheduled for kick-off meetings, feedback sessions, or complex discussions. We aim to respond to all messages within 1 business day.

Yes. If your project involves unreleased material or sensitive creative work, we are happy to sign a mutual NDA before sharing any files or discussing project details. Just let us know when you first reach out.

We appreciate credits on releases we've worked on. Typical credit wording: "Mixed & Mastered by POMM Production Services" or "Produced by POMM." Credits are optional unless specified in your service agreement, but they are always welcome.

We may share publicly released work as portfolio examples on our social channels and website, unless you've specifically requested confidentiality. If you'd prefer we don't share your project, just let us know and we'll respect that. We will always ask before sharing unreleased material.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If the first delivery doesn't hit the mark, we work through the revision rounds included in your package to get it right. Clear communication and reference tracks at the start of a project significantly help us deliver exactly what you're imagining. If there's a fundamental issue beyond revisions, we'll discuss a resolution directly — we'd rather sort it out than leave you unhappy.
